Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,265 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRSN1, CHADL, and NGB. Each is linked with NOS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOS1 versus NRSN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
