NOS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 598 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMA16, C7orf33, and RESP18. Each is linked with NOS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMA16 grouped by NOS1-low versus NOS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
