Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,325 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP58-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Replication fork processing, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with NOP58 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP58-to-partner and partner-to-NOP58 results are reported.
