NOP56

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP56 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,075 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP56-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMCN, GAS5, and ZFAS1. Each is linked with NOP56 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP56-to-partner and partner-to-NOP56 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP56 versus EMCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP56→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
