Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP56 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,519 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP56-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and 'de novo' AMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NOP56 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP56-to-partner and partner-to-NOP56 results are reported.
