NOP53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,876 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD4, TXLNA, and RRBP1_S615. Each is linked with NOP53 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP53-to-partner and partner-to-NOP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP53 versus PDCD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
