NOP53

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP53 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,292 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are PER3, PLCL1, and CCNB1. Each is linked with NOP53 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP53-to-partner and partner-to-NOP53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP53 versus PER3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
