Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,850 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOP53-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hydrogen sulfide metabolic process, Short-chain fatty acid catabolic process, and Regulation of protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere. Each is linked with NOP53 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP53-to-partner and partner-to-NOP53 results are reported.
