NOP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC16, and TTN. Each is linked with NOP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP2-to-partner and partner-to-NOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by NOP2-low versus NOP2-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
