NOP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with NOP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP2-to-partner and partner-to-NOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by NOP2-low versus NOP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
