NOP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,033 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHB2, CLUH, and TSR1. Each is linked with NOP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP2-to-partner and partner-to-NOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP2 versus PHB2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
