NOP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP5, ACTL9, and IL5RA. Each is linked with NOP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP2-to-partner and partner-to-NOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP5 grouped by NOP2-low versus NOP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
