Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOP14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOP14 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NOP14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UVM, SCLC, and ESCA are the cancer types where NOP14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
