NOP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,336 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX15, GRPEL1, and NELFA. Each is linked with NOP14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP14-to-partner and partner-to-NOP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP14 versus DHX15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
