NOP14

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, ABCA8, and ABCA6. Each is linked with NOP14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP14-to-partner and partner-to-NOP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOP14 versus MYBL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
