Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-54P, CYCSP22, and OR12D1. Each is linked with NOP14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP14-to-partner and partner-to-NOP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-54P grouped by NOP14-low versus NOP14-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
