Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NOP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP14-to-partner and partner-to-NOP14 results are reported.
