NONOP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NONOP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,578 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NONOP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REL, SND1, and SRP54. Each is linked with NONOP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NONOP2-to-partner and partner-to-NONOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NONOP2 versus REL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NONOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NONOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
