NONO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NONO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NONO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATRX, THOC2, and PUS7. Each is linked with NONO in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NONO-to-partner and partner-to-NONO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NONO versus ATRX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NONO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NONO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
