NONO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NONO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NONO-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1302-7, LINC01789, and LINC02641. Each is linked with NONO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NONO-to-partner and partner-to-NONO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1302-7 grouped by NONO-low versus NONO-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NONO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NONO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
