NONO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NONO mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,303 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NONO-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAGLA, ZNF653, and LRRTM4. Each is linked with NONO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NONO-to-partner and partner-to-NONO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAGLA grouped by NONO-low versus NONO-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NONO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NONO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
