NOMO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOMO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,135 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Negative regulation of telomere capping, and Negative regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with NOMO3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO3-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macroautophagy grouped by NOMO3-low versus NOMO3-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
