Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOMO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,752 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKD1P5, CLEC4E, and AJAP1. Each is linked with NOMO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO3-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO3 results are reported.
