NOMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP192, RNU6-805P, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with NOMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO3-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP192 grouped by NOMO3-low versus NOMO3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
