Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOMO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,995 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nodal signaling pathway, Negative regulation of nodal signaling pathway, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with NOMO3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO3-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO3 results are reported.
