Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOMO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,353 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of nodal signaling pathway, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Regulation of nodal signaling pathway. Each is linked with NOMO2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO2-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO2 results are reported.
