NOMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, EGFR_pY1068, and Rab25. Each is linked with NOMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO1-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by NOMO1-low versus NOMO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
