Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,608 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Negative regulation of nodal signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with NOMO1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO1-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO1 results are reported.
