NOMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, IL9, and OR1L3. Each is linked with NOMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOMO1-to-partner and partner-to-NOMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 grouped by NOMO1-low versus NOMO1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
