NOM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, PUS7, and RBM28. Each is linked with NOM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOM1-to-partner and partner-to-NOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOM1 versus CDK5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
