Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, E2F1, and NCAPG2. Each is linked with NOM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOM1-to-partner and partner-to-NOM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOM1 versus EZH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
