NOM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4444-2, ARMC4P1, and ASS1P8. Each is linked with NOM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOM1-to-partner and partner-to-NOM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4444-2 grouped by NOM1-low versus NOM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
