Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,886 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with NOM1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOM1-to-partner and partner-to-NOM1 results are reported.
