NOLC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOLC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,351 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOLC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP12, DDX21, and KIF11_T926. Each is linked with NOLC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOLC1-to-partner and partner-to-NOLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOLC1 versus RRP12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
