Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOLC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,703 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TWNK, HELLS, and KIF11. Each is linked with NOLC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOLC1-to-partner and partner-to-NOLC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOLC1 versus TWNK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
