NOLC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOLC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC6, RNU6-528P, and PGAM5P1. Each is linked with NOLC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOLC1-to-partner and partner-to-NOLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC6 grouped by NOLC1-low versus NOLC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
