The most reproducible NOL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, TMEM156, and ANAPC1. Each is linked with NOL9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL9-to-partner and partner-to-NOL9 results are reported.
