Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, TMEM156, and ANAPC1. Each is linked with NOL9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL9-to-partner and partner-to-NOL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL9 versus FBL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
