NOL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NOL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL9-to-partner and partner-to-NOL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by NOL9-low versus NOL9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
