Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCBP2, NUP214, and ANP32B. Each is linked with NOL8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL8-to-partner and partner-to-NOL8 results are reported.
