Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOL6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOL6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher NOL6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOL6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where NOL6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
