NOL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,381 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGO, NSD1, and NOLC1. Each is linked with NOL6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL6-to-partner and partner-to-NOL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL6 versus PIGO in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
