NOL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and CSMD3. Each is linked with NOL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL6-to-partner and partner-to-NOL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by NOL6-low versus NOL6-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
