NOL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITLN2, VAX1, and GPRIN2. Each is linked with NOL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL6-to-partner and partner-to-NOL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITLN2 grouped by NOL6-low versus NOL6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
