NOL4L-DT

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOL4L-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NOL4L-DT data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher NOL4L-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOL4L-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, BLCA, and MESO are the cancer types where NOL4L-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
