NOL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,634 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHKB, CENPT, and RPS19BP1. Each is linked with NOL12 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL12-to-partner and partner-to-NOL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 versus CHKB in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
