Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,253 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with NOL12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL12-to-partner and partner-to-NOL12 results are reported.
