NOL11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR43, MYBL2, and ASF1B. Each is linked with NOL11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL11-to-partner and partner-to-NOL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL11 versus WDR43 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
