NOL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,973 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX9, METTL2A, and PSME3. Each is linked with NOL11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL11-to-partner and partner-to-NOL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOL11 versus DHX9 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
