NOL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,010 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP37, ANOS2P, and MTATP6P21. Each is linked with NOL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL10-to-partner and partner-to-NOL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP37 grouped by NOL10-low versus NOL10-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
