NOL10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 508 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17F, SNU13, and PRMT5. Each is linked with NOL10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL10-to-partner and partner-to-NOL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17F grouped by NOL10-low versus NOL10-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
